On the top of one of the lush hills of Montalcino, among the vineyards from which our precious Brunello is born, a forest rich in medicinal herbs, our fields of ancient grains and our two hectares of truffles, stands the group of farmhouses that enclose the whole world of Tenuta Poggio il Castellare and, from this year, even our proposal for farmhouse hospitality.





It all starts with Bruna Baroncini’s love for cooking. A passion that she has led her to collect over the years and in her numerous travels recipes that today she wishes to share with the guests of our new restaurant (20 seats) and tavern (120 seats) spaces.
